David Principal Solicitor & Legal Director

David is the Principal Solicitor and Legal Director of Royal Conveyancing and has been practising as a Solicitor for more than 30 years and also brings a strong background in finance to the firm.

Prior to establishing Royal Conveyancing, David owned and operated a successful law firm employing more than 20 staff and overseeing in excess of 20,000 conveyancing transactions.

Dianne Director

Dianne has worked in the legal industry full-time since 2002, commencing her career as a legal receptionist. With her mother having spent more than 45 years in the legal profession, many would say the industry runs in her blood. Dianne is a highly experienced and dedicated conveyancer who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to every client.

Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond, Dianne is highly regarded by clients, real estate agents, brokers and financiers alike for her professionalism and personalised approach. 

Dianne established Royal Conveyancing with David, with the vision of delivering exceptional client service and a personalised approach tailored to each client’s individual needs and circumstances.

Stephen Managing Director

After spending 14 years in the automotive industry, Stephen joined Royal Conveyancing in 2021 and is currently completing his university studies to become a Solicitor.

As Managing Director, Stephen is involved in many aspects of the business and plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the firm, supporting both staff and clients to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

Kirsty Conveyancing Manager

Kirsty has worked in the conveyancing industry for more than 13 years and brings extensive knowledge and experience to the Royal Conveyancing team.

Having worked alongside Dianne for over a decade, Kirsty has built a reputation as an exceptional conveyancer who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients.

As Conveyancing Manager, she oversees matters with professionalism, efficiency and a strong commitment to client service.

Stacey Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Stacey has over 20 years of experience within the legal industry and is highly valued for her extensive knowledge, professionalism and approachable manner.

Her friendly and supportive approach provides reassurance to both clients and business associates that they are in capable hands.

Stacey takes great pride in her work and is committed to ensuring clients remain informed throughout the entire conveyancing process, helping to facilitate seamless and stress-free transactions.

Darci Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Darci has worked within the legal industry for more than 10 years and has developed extensive experience in residential conveyancing matters.

Her knowledge, professionalism and practical experience allow her to confidently assist clients with any questions or concerns while ensuring transactions are managed efficiently and seamlessly from start to finish.

Darci is known for her excellent communication skills together with her friendly, approachable and compassionate manner, helping clients feel supported throughout the entire conveyancing process.

Kaylene Conveyancing Assistant

Kaylene has more than 10 years of experience in the legal industry and brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and support to the Royal Conveyancing team.

Known for her warm, friendly and approachable nature, Kaylene plays an integral behind-the-scenes role in assisting both clients and conveyancers to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.

Her dedication, attention to detail and commitment to client service make her a valued member of the team.

Emma Conveyancing Assistant | Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal

Emma commenced her career in the legal industry over 12 months ago and has quickly demonstrated a strong willingness to learn and further develop her skills and knowledge.

Emma assists the conveyancing team with day-to-day tasks, client enquiries and the preparation of quotations, while continuing to build her experience as an emerging Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal.

She is known for her kind, friendly and approachable manner, ensuring clients feel welcomed and supported throughout their interactions with the firm.

Denise Contracts Administrator

Denise has worked within the legal industry for a number of years and, like Dianne, began her career working alongside their mother, gaining valuable experience and knowledge from her many years in the profession.

As Contracts Administrator, Denise plays a vital role within the firm by managing file openings and issuing initial correspondence to clients, real estate agents and solicitors, helping to ensure each matter is established efficiently from the outset.

Aaron Seller Disclosure Coordinator

Aaron is responsible for assisting clients with the preparation of Form 2 Seller Disclosure documentation for residential property sales throughout Queensland.

Understanding the importance of Seller Disclosure obligations prior to entering into a Contract of Sale, Aaron works closely with sellers and real estate agents to ensure the process is handled quickly, efficiently and accurately.

His proactive approach and strong communication skills assist in keeping matters progressing smoothly and ensuring clients receive timely support throughout the process.
